Location: Mangalore

* Experience Required:1–3 years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or Technical Support.

* Core Focus: Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires providing reliable technical support to end-users and involves working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems & Server Management:

* Monitor both Linux and Windows servers, as well as general network systems.

* Handle server hardware, IT equipment support, and resource usage/performance monitoring.

* Apply system updates, software installations, and patches.

Networking & Security:
- Configure network devices to ensure proper connectivity.
- Assist in implementing security measures for data protection and endpoint security.
- Help set up data backups and assist with disaster recovery efforts.
- User Support & Administration
- Provide dedicated helpdesk support to end-users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Documentation & Collaboration:




- Maintain transparent, organized documentation for systems and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with other IT team members to meet technology needs.
- Stay updated on new technologies through continuous learning.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education

A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Operating Systems: Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server environments, including basic server administration. Good knowledge of computer hardware, OS, and software installations.

Networking: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network troubleshooting.

User Management (Preferred): Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar access management tools is considered a robust advantage.

Maintenance & Security: Familiarity with system monitoring, software updates, backups, and endpoint security.
