Role Overview:

The Senior Marketing Executive will drive Atmabodh’s marketing efforts from within the organization. This role focuses on managing pre-sales, mentoring the call center team, ensuring high-quality lead flow, and leading end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and optimize the pre-sales function, ensuring effective lead qualification and conversion strategies.

2. Lead and mentor the call center team, ensuring they are aligned with marketing goals, offering guidance on lead nurturing, and improving customer interactions.

3. Monitor and analyze lead flow, lead quality, and conversion metrics, making data-driven recommendations.

4. Coordinate with external agencies (social media, SEO, and digital partners)



to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.

5. Assess SEO performance across platforms, including AI-based search tools, and propose improvements.

6. Collaborate on content and campaigns with the social media team to ensure alignment with brand goals.

7. Coordinate offline marketing efforts, including print production, event materials, and other collateral.

8. Track, report, and provide insights on marketing performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or service sectors.

* Proven experience in leading pre-sales or inside sales teams.

* Robust understanding of digital marketing, SEO (including AI trends), and social media platforms.
- * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
