Ideal Candidate Profile

· B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical, Mechanical or Production Engineering; MBA/M.Tech preferred.

· 20-25 years of experience in integrated alloy or special steel manufacturing.

· Minimum 10 years leading a large manufacturing operation.

· Experience managing SMS, Rolling Mill, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Utilities and Projects.

· Solid commercial acumen with a proven track record in operational transformation.

We have been entrusted with a leadership mandate to identify an accomplished
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
for a leading integrated alloy and steel manufacturing organization in Delhi NCR.

The Role

The COO will be the highest operational authority, reporting directly to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, with end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing excellence, operational performance, profitability, quality, safety, engineering, projects, and people leadership.
