Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Senior Human Resources Recruiter
to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and attract top talent across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct resume screening, HR interviews, competency-based assessments, and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback and communication.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.




- Negotiate compensation, extend job offers, and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and report recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent market insights.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus or lateral hiring drives as required.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience
in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end
