Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Prepare and process financial statements, reports, and tax returns using Tally Prime software.
- Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service through email support (mail drafting) and phone calls (letter drafting).
- Maintain confidentiality at all times when handling sensitive client information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience as an Accountant or Tally Operator in the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software with expertise in Banking Operations, Stock Management, Taxation, Excel Data Management.
- Solid understanding of Financial Operations principles and practices.
