Job Summary:

The Manager - Nodal will be responsible for & ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with relevant authorities (Banks, Police-cyber/LEA) to maintain smooth financial operations. This role requires expertise in managing interactions with regulatory bodies, internal stakeholders, Merchants and external partners, while optimizing processes related to Nodal account reconciliation, reporting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance & Authority Liaison:
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to Nodal accounts, particularly those set forth by
regulatory authorities
like the
Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
, or similar governing bodies in our jurisdiction.




- Manage direct communication and coordinate with regulatory authorities to clarify guidelines, resolve issues, and address any compliance queries related to Nodal/Bank accounts.
- Keep abreast of changes in relevant financial regulations and policies, ensuring the company adapts accordingly.

Lien Management:
- Manage processes related to
liens
- Collaborate with legal and external authority teams to ensure that liens are applied in accordance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure that
lien marks
are accurately placed and documented in the system, including monitoring the release or discharge of liens once obligations are fulfilled or resolved.
- Keep accurate records of lien statuses and ensure that any changes (e.g., lien release) are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Regulatory Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports to relevant authorities as required (e.g., quarterly financial
