Role Overview :
We're looking for a Recruitment Manager who can build, lead, and elevate our delivery organization. This role goes beyond managing recruiters—you'll be responsible for creating a culture of excellence, coaching recruiters to become high performers, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring consistent delivery across critical hiring mandates. Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, driving both performance and skilled growth.
● Own end-to-end delivery for multiple strategic client accounts, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.
● Partner closely with clients to understand hiring challenges, define recruitment strategies, and build long-term relationships.
● Design and deliver training programs, playbooks, and best practices to continuously upskill the team.
● Monitor delivery metrics, identify gaps, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For :
● 5+ years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to product-based technology companies.
● Proven experience hiring for AI, Cybersecurity, SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, or other deep-tech domains.
● Experience leading, coaching, and scaling recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong client management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring strategies.
● Prior experience in a recruitment consult
