The role focuses on end-to-end execution of market-facing onboarding and operational setup across multiple asset classes, ensuring accurate configuration, operational readiness, and seamless coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities -

1. Deliver end-to-end onboarding and operational setup across listed assets, cash, FX, and derivatives (OTC & ETD).
2. Perform hands-on configuration of custody, clearing, collateral management, counterparties, markets, instruments, and settlement instructions.
3. Act as operational lead for assigned onboarding events ensuring timely readiness and smooth cutover execution.
4.



Conduct pre-go-live readiness checks and ensure all issues are resolved before implementation.
5. Perform post-implementation validation and reconciliations to confirm successful onboarding.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as FCA, AIFMD, EMIR, SFTR, FATCA, and CRS.

Requirements -

1. 6+ years of experience in investment operations, client onboarding, fund launches, or middle office operations.
2. Strong hands-on experience in operational setup across custody, markets, instruments, and derivatives.
3. Knowledge of global fund structures including UCITS, AIFs, OEICs, and SICAVs.
4. Understanding of asset classes including equities, fixed income, FX, money markets, and derivatives.
