Job Overview:
Spintly is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Sales Coordinator to drive seamless coordination between the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. This role is responsible for ensuring sales plans are executed efficiently, customer information is accurately maintained in the CRM, internal stakeholders remain aligned, and sales
Operations run smoothly from lead generation through order closure and collections. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where coordination, follow-up, and process discipline are critical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central coordination point between the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders and sales commitments.
- Own and maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring leads, opportunities, customer details, quotations, and sales activities are updated accurately and on time.




- Track the progress of sales opportunities and proactively follow up with internal teams and customers to remove execution bottlenecks.
- Coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up activities for the sales team.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and customer onboarding documents.
- Monitor sales receivables and coordinate with customers and the Finance team to ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to track order execution, delivery timelines, installations, and customer onboarding.
- Generate periodic sales reports, pipeline reports, CRM dashboards, and business performance summaries for the leadership team.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
