Role Description
The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits in coordination with finance,



and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, facilitating training and development initiatives, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role will also involve maintaining accurate HR documentation, optimizing HR processes, and supporting organizational growth in a fast-paced creative studio environment.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding to manage hiring for creative, technical, and operational roles.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
