MIRAY is a fast-growing women's fashion brand engaged in garment manufacturing and e-commerce. We are looking for a sincere, hardworking and organized Inventory & Dispatch Assistant to support our production, inventory and dispatch operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, takes ownership of their work and wants to grow with the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain a clean, organized and systematic inventory of finished garments.
- Ensure every product is stored in its designated rack or storage location.
- Arrange inventory by style, colour and size for easy identification.
- Conduct regular stock counting and assist with inventory audits.
- Report missing, damaged or misplaced inventory to the supervisor.
- Ensure products are protected from dust and damage.
Dispatch Operations
- Pick garments accurately against daily customer orders.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch Executive for order processing.
- Arrange products for packing and dispatch.
- Hand over shipments to courier partners.
- Ensure all customer orders are dispatched within the required timelines.
Production Coordination
- Receive finished garments from the production team.
- Verify quantities before transferring products to inventory.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor regarding movement of goods between production and inventory.
- Assist in organizing work-in-progress and finished products.
Returns Management
- Receive returned shipments from courier partners.
- Segregate returned products according to their condition.
- Keep returns organized until they are inspected and approved for restocking.
- Assist in updating inventory after returns are processed.
