What You’ll Be Doing:
Driving Outbound Pipelines:
Making
80 to 100 cold calls per day
to prospective US-based business clients.
Managing the Sales Cycle:
Qualifying leads, presenting our brand solutions, and closing deals.
Navigating US Markets:
Building rapport and establishing trust with decision-makers in the United States during their business hours.
Exceeding Targets:
Meeting and exceeding daily call volumes and monthly revenue targets.
Who You Are (Requirements):
Night Shift Champion:
Fully comfortable working permanent night shifts to align with US business hours.
Cold Calling Pro:
Proven past experience in high-volume outbound cold calling is a must. You view "no" as just a step closer to "yes."
BPO/International Sales Background:
Solid experience working in a BPO environment or sales role directly targeting
US clients
