Job Summary

• Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of financial transactions. • Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and general ledger activities. • Ensure all month-end and year-end closing activities are completed within the defined timelines. • Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting queries and ensure timely delivery of agreed SLAs. • Allocate work among team members, monitor productivity, and ensure optimum resource utilization. • Review team deliverables, identify process gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/RCA). • Mentor, and provide regular feedback to team members to improve performance and quality. • Ensure proper process documentation, SOP adherence, and continuous process improvements. • Attend client meetings, internal review meetings, and training sessions as required.



• Handle escalations, resolve team conflicts, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, Manage End-to-End Accounting.
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com/M. Com), MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification. • 5+ years of experience in core accounting with at least 2 years of team handling experience. • Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. • Experience in client handling. • Working knowledge of US GAAP is preferred. • Experience with QuickBooks (QB) will be an added advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
