Role Description
The Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with some flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for designing, implementing,



and managing compensation and benefits programs that support Tenarai’s global growth and talent strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading compensation planning cycles, developing and maintaining competitive compensation structures, and ensuring consistency in job evaluation and leveling across the organization. The role partners with HR, finance, and business leaders to align compensation strategies with market data, internal equity, and performance outcomes. The Senior Manager also oversees compliance with local regulations, supports benefits design and vendor management, prepares analytical reports and dashboards, and drives continuous improvement in total rewards policies and processes.
