Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines efficiently as per production schedules.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and cutting layouts.
- Set up laser cutting parameters including material thickness, gas pressure, focus, and cutting speed.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy of finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers etc.. Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the maintenance department.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and planning departments to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies, PPE usage, and 5S practices.
.Requirements and Qualifications
- ITI (Fitter/Welder) / Diploma – Mechanical.
- Experience required – 2 to 5 years on laser cutting machine.
- Should have Knowledge of CNC Laser Cutting operations.
- Must have an understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T; basics.
- Well versed with sheet metal fabrication processes and knowledge of different grades
- MS, SS, Aluminium, and other sheet materials.
- Should have good knowledge of drgs and preventive maintains of machine.
