Role Description

The Senior Director Product Development will lead the design, development, and improvement of immigration and visa service offerings, ensuring they are competitive, efficient, and aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
This full-time, on-site role in Abroad
involves defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization. The individual will collaborate closely with operations, marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to translate market insights and regulatory changes into scalable solutions. Daily responsibilities include overseeing product roadmaps, guiding cross-functional teams, reviewing performance data, managing budgets, and mentoring product and R&D; staff. The Senior Director will also foster innovation, drive process improvements, and support executive leadership in long-term growth planning.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Product Management and Product Development skills,



including experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles and launching recent service offerings.
- Candidates should possess advanced Research and Development (R&D;) skills, with the ability to translate market, customer, and regulatory insights into innovative product concepts.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate product performance, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions and recommendations.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership experience, including leading cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and driving accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in professional services, consulting, immigration, or legal/regulated industries is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills are required.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, product management, or a related field is preferred.
