About Us

Clozion is an IT services and product company with offices in Bengaluru and Melbourne. We build custom software, web and mobile applications, and AI solutions; run digital marketing (SEO, social, paid ads) for growing businesses; provide IT consultancy and Testing-as-a-Service; and are taking our own IT product to market.

You will sell across this entire portfolio — which means every conversation you start has multiple ways to become a deal.

The Role

The philosophy is easy: bring in business, and earn 6% on everything that closes through your effort — every time, uncapped, no fine print. What we care about is quality pipeline and deals that actually close.

You'll work directly with the founder and senior team, own your deals end-to-end,



and have the Melbourne front available for international credibility when you need it.

What You'll Do
- Identify, research, and pursue potential clients in India, Australia, and the USA — SMBs and growing companies needing software development, digital marketing, or IT consulting
- Run outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and calls, and convert conversations into qualified opportunities
- Lead pitches and demos for services engagements; drive proposals, negotiations, and closures (senior team joins for large or international deals)
- Sell our IT product as part of your pipeline mix
- Nurture closed accounts for repeat business, upsells, and referrals
- Maintain clean pipeline records and share market intelligence with the team

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in B2B business development or sales, ideally in IT services, software, digital marketing services, or SaaS
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business)
- A track record of close
