Job Summary

We are looking for a Semi Qualified CA (CA Inter) with 5-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry. The candidate should have solid exposure to financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems. The role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to support the finance function in ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closure.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Verify vendor invoices and process payments.
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Prepare ageing analysis and follow up on overdue payments.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance




- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).
- Ensure compliance with TDS provisions and return filing.
- Support Income Tax assessments and audits.
- Prepare statutory reports and maintain compliance records.

Costing & Budgeting
- Assist in preparation of product costing and cost sheets.
- Monitor manufacturing costs and analyse cost variances.
- Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Prepare budget variance reports for management.

Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and cost auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
- Strengthen internal control procedures.

MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyse financial performance and key business indicators.
- Generate reports for management review and decision-making.
