About the Role
Manage inbound raw material logistics (fabric, trims, accessories) and outbound dispatch of finished garments to International retail/e-commerce partners and international buyers, ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- We need people who have handled international shipments and know about DHL, FedEx Etc.
- Manage export shipments with freight forwarders and CHA; prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill).
- Negotiate rates with transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders; control logistics costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, and merchandising teams on stock and dispatch readiness.
- Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays, discrepancies, or customs issues.
- Maintain MIS reports on dispatches, freight costs, and vendor performance Requirements.
- Working knowledge of Excel, export-import documentation, e-way bill.
