Role Purpose:

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of materials and finished goods while optimizing cost, service levels, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic oversight of import-export activities, freight management, vendor development, logistics planning, and team leadership to support the organization's growth objectives and operational excellence initiatives.

As a Logistics Manager,



you will play a critical role in driving the company's global supply chain and logistics excellence initiatives. You will have the opportunity to:

•Lead end-to-end domestic and international logistics operations.

•Develop and implement logistics strategies that directly impact business profitability and customer satisfaction.

•Negotiate and manage strategic relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHAs, transporters, and logistics partners.

•Drive freight cost optimization, process automation, and logistics digitalization projects.

•Participate in Contract Review Meetings (CRM) and Pre-CRM discussions for key projects and export orders.

Build logistics control tower capabilities through data analytics, reporting, and shipment visibility initiatives.
