Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Diploma engineer working in the field of Logistics.

Role & Responsibility

1. Book, manage and track daily shipments
2. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
3. Resolve any arising problems or complaints
4. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
5. Work with Logistic vendor to minimize delivery lead time and efficient delivery
6. Review stock and timely purchase of logistics and operation related materials.
7. Collaborates and communicates with the Finance team,



Operation team and customer service/sales representatives and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
8. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments.
9. Define processes for packaging and logistics of the products.
10. Experience in working with different logistics vendor and
11. Support product packaging and labeling activities
12. Manage support order and other shipments activities



Skills & Experience

1. Diploma with 3+ years of relevant industry experience in logistics operations, shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience
2. Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
3. Good proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
4. Prior global shipping management/customs clearance experienc
