Roles and Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC, robotics, and pneumatic systems on production lines to minimize downtime.
- Conduct breakdown analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems related to mechanical maintenance.
- Develop documentation for maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Breakdown Analyst or Maintenance Engineer.
- Robust understanding of PLC programming languages (e.g., Allen-Bradley) and robotics control systems (e.g., Fanuc).
- Experience with pneumatics system design, installation, and maintenance is required.
- Ability to analyze complex problems using logical reasoning skills.
