About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead and scale our insurance broking business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, expanding distribution channels, managing insurer relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams across multiple insurance product lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the insurance broking business.
- Drive revenue and profitability across Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance products.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, NBFCs, Banks, Fintechs, DSAs, and Corporate clients.
- Expand distribution through digital, corporate, embedded insurance, and offline channels.
- Recruit, train, and lead sales and business development teams.




- Manage key insurer relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
- Identify recent business opportunities and launch innovative insurance solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and business KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal governance.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to enhance customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA or Graduate from a reputed institution.
- 10–15 years of experience in Insurance Broking, Insurance Companies, Bancassurance, or Corporate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and leading large sales teams.
- Strong network with insurance companies, corporates, NBFCs, fintechs, and distribution partners.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance products.
