Job Title: Analyst Service Delivery
Location: Manyata Nagavara & Bagmane Whitefield
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Day Shift - ( Manyata Tech Park - Nagavara )

: Night Shift ( Bagmane Tech Park -whitefield)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Process Employee Benefits transactions, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Update carrier websites or communicate changes via email to insurance carriers.
Configure groups and plans in Ease or Employee Navigator.
Maintain accurate records in Benefits Administration platforms and carrier portals.
Prepare carrier quote comparisons, plan renewals, contribution strategies, payroll deduction audits, renewal reports, experience reports, and census formatting.
Manage COBRA enrollments for eligible employees.
Process Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) such as marriage, birth, and loss of coverage.




Ensure HIPAA compliance and perform contract reviews (Medical & Non-Medical).
Conduct audits, reconcile reports, and maintain training documentation.

Required Skills: Mandatory

2-5 years of Employee Benefits experience.
Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration platforms and carrier portals.
Solid knowledge of enrollments, renewals, COBRA, QLEs, HIPAA, and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
