We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Accounts & Audit Executive. You will manage daily retail payment mapping, stock transfers, and reconciliation between our head office and store locations. This role requires weekly physical store audits and complete ownership of monthly store-level ledger closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment Mapping: Reconcile daily retail store payments with head office billing.
- Stock Management: Track and verify stock transfers from main company locations to stores.
- Store Audits: Conduct weekly physical stock audits at assigned retail outlets.
- Audit Reporting: Finalize detailed audit reports and highlight inventory discrepancies.
- Month-End Closing: Execute monthly accounting closures at both store and company book levels.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure error-free data entry and financial record keeping.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Zoho, Tally Prime, and Advanced Excel.
