Position: Export Documentation & Customer Experience- Senior Executive

Location: Kirti Nagar, Current Delhi

Experience: 3–8 Years (Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to handle end-to-end export documentation and customer service activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations, shipping documentation, coordination with shipping lines, overseas agents, CHA, and customers to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.

Key Responsibilities
- Export Documentation
- Handle complete export documentation for FCL/LCL and Air shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, consolidators, and airlines for freight rates and bookings.
- Arrange shipment bookings, obtain confirmations, and monitor vessel schedules and cut-off timelines.
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) within deadlines.
- Prepare and coordinate MBL & HBL drafts and final copies after necessary approvals.




- Handle ODeX activities, invoice requests, BL surrender requests, payment coordination, VGM, Shipping Bills, and Forwarding Notes.
- Coordinate with CHA for customs clearance and smooth shipment execution.

US Shipment Compliance
- Coordinate ISF filing with overseas agents for US shipments.
- Ensure timely AMS filing for FCL shipments and adherence to compliance timelines.

Shipment Coordination & Tracking
- Track shipments from booking until sailing.
- Monitor ETD, Gate-In, Vessel Cut-off, SI Cut-off, and BL Cut-off.
- Provide regular shipment updates to customers via email, WhatsApp, or DSR.
- Update shipment details in Logisys/ERP software.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, freight forwarders, co-loaders, Operations, and Finance teams for seamless shipment execution.

Customer Service
- Handle customer queries related to shipment status, documentation, freight rates, and delivery schedules.
