- Robust SAP PLM functional knowledge (Specification Management, Recipe Management, DMS).
- Hands-on SAP BODS / SAP Data Services.
- SAP Migration Cockpit and custom migration framework experience.
- Design migration strategy, mapping, transformation and reconciliation.
- Experience with upload utilities / ABAP migration programs.
- Strong SQL, ETL and Excel data transformation skills.
- Lead migration workshops and coordinate with business teams.
- S/4HANA implementation and cutover experience.
