We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Voice Process Executives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally.
- Answer customer questions and provide the required information.
- Maintain positive communication with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
- Follow company guidelines while handling calls.
Requirements:
- Any degree can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
