Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Body Shop Advisor to manage vehicle accident repairs, insurance claim coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in an automobile body shop or vehicle insurance survey/claims process.

Eligibility

Qualification:
- Any Engineering Degree
- Any Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
- 15 years of experience as a Body Shop Service Advisor in the automobile industry, or
- Experience in vehicle insurance surveys and claim processing.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive accident vehicles and inspect damages.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain repair requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals.
- Handle insurance documentation and claim processing.
- Plan and monitor repair work with the body shop team.




- Update customers on repair progress and expected delivery.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with quality standards.
- Maintain job cards and service records accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of body shop repair processes.
- Experience in insurance claim handling.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians, surveyors, and customers.

Salary
- 18,000 – 21,000/month (1–2 years of experience)
- 23,000 – 25,000/month (3–5 years of experience)

Work Location
- Coimbatore
