Role & responsibilities

1.Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) of PM.

2. Hand on experience on Grinding Machine, Induction Hardening, Rolling Machine, Milling & turning Machine, Washing Machine, Assembly Line equipment, laser marking machine, Gantry, CNC based machining Centre, robots, SPM etc.

3. Hand on experience on MAG m/c, FIMAT, EMAG, GH & EFD Induction hardening, NACHI, NOVA, GALA, BESTEK, IZUMI, ACE, GUDEL Gantry etc.

4. Hand on experience on Siemens & Fanuc CNC controller and Siemens PLC.

5. Able to do troubleshooting in Siemens PLC program.

6. PLC & CNC Program upload/download

7. Read & write of Electrical drawing

8. Valuable knowledge of CNC machine electronics & Electrical component.

9. To know PLC, CNC program upload / download process

10. Good System knowledge of PM, PDM, CBM, TBM, MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, Thermography, Vibration Analysis etc.

11. Good Communication, decision maker, team handling, MS Office, SAP, CMMS.
