Role Description
The Client Solutions Specialist is a full-time,



in office role based in the Mohali district, supporting real estate clients with end-to-end service delivery. This position manages client accounts, coordinates project requirements, and ensures timely communication between clients and internal creative and technical teams. Daily responsibilities include gathering client briefs, preparing proposals, tracking project progress, and addressing client queries to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The role also involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, assisting with basic sales and finance-related documentation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Client Solutions Specialist is expected to collaborate closely with the Chandigarh Creative Development Center to align client expectations with project outcomes.
