Role Description
The Associate Director (ESG & Sustainability) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram,



responsible for leading and scaling ESG and sustainability consulting engagements. This role includes designing ESG strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for clients, overseeing materiality assessments, sustainability reporting, and regulatory disclosures aligned with global standards. The Associate Director will manage project teams, review deliverables, and ensure quality across engagements, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business operations, risk management, and investment decisions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their ESG priorities, developing thought leadership and market insights, contributing to proposals and business development activities, and mentoring team members. The role also involves monitoring emerging ESG regulations and trends to refine service offerings and support Pierag’s broader growth
