Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing transactions for residential and commercial properties.



The Real Estate Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating with property owners and developers, preparing and reviewing sales documentation, and ensuring accurate listing information. The role also includes maintaining market knowledge, tracking competitors, participating in promotional activities, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
