Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy and drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing large-scale paid campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, and leading a performance marketing team to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid channels.

· Manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, optimization, and reporting.

· Drive customer acquisition while optimizing ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.

· Lead and mentor the performance marketing team,



ensuring campaign excellence and continuous improvement.

· Allocate and manage monthly marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

· Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

· Work closely with the Creative, Content, Product, and Sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

· Oversee tracking implementation using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.

· Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, audiences, and creatives.

· Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

· Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is preferred).

· 5–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or manager
