Job Summary:

The Resource Mobilization Officer is responsible for identifying, on boarding, mobilizing, and coordinating vendors, subcontractors, manpower agencies, equipment suppliers, and material suppliers to ensure timely availability of project resources for EPC and infrastructure projects. Detailed Responsibilities:

Vendor & Subcontractor Development
- Identify recent vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct vendor registration and pre qualification.
- Maintain and update vendor database.
- Evaluate vendor capability and performance.
- Build long-term vendor relationships.

Resource Mobilization
- Mobilize manpower agencies.
- Mobilize material suppliers.
- Mobilize subcontractors as per project schedules.
- Coordinate resource deployment with project teams.

Techno-Commercial Activities
- Collect quotations.
- Prepare Comparative Statements (CS).




- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Participate in vendor negotiations.
- Recommend suitable vendors. Coordination & Follow-up
- Coordinate with Project Teams.
- Coordinate with Procurement Department.
- Coordinate with Contracts Department.
- Coordinate with Finance Department.
- Follow up for approvals and mobilization schedules.
- Resolve vendor-related issues.

Market Intelligence
- Conduct market surveys.
- Monitor pricing trends.
- Develop vendor networks across India.
- Identify new resource providers.
- Maintain market intelligence database.

Experience: 3-8 Years

Preferred Industry: Water Supply , Irrigation , industrial , solar , metro , Road & Infrastructure Projects
