Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Medical Recruitment Executive who can handle field recruitment activities for hiring Doctors, Medical Professors, Consultants, and other healthcare professionals. The candidate should be comfortable traveling to hospitals, medical colleges, conferences, and healthcare institutions for talent sourcing and relationship building. The role also includes office-based coordination, follow-ups, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, medical colleges, clinics, and healthcare institutions for recruitment activities.
- Identify and connect with Doctors, Medical Professors, Consultants, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional networks in the medical industry.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding recruitment processes.
- Handle candidate sourcing through field visits, references, job portals, and professional networks.
- Maintain recruitment database and candidate records.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads for hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and profile assessment of candidates.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Represent the organization during recruitment drives, medical events, and professional meetings.
