Up to ₹36,00,000 Total CTC (₹2,00,000 Fixed + ₹1,00,000 Performance Driven per month)

The Mission:

We are seeking a high-impact, analytically driven leader to spearhead our presence in the Higher Education sector across India. This is not a role for a "box mover" or commodity salesperson. We are looking for a consultative professional with a Solution Architect mindset who understands how physical IT infrastructure and enterprise systems solve institutional challenges, improve efficiency, and structurally lower the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for major universities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Top-Down Executive Pitching:
Navigate complex university hierarchies to establish trust-based relationships with C-suite stakeholders, including Chancellors,



Vice-Chancellors, Trustees, Deans, and IT Directors.
- Solution Architecting:
Deeply understand the technical architecture of our solutions to move past basic spec sheets. Pitch long-term business value, integration capabilities, and TCO reduction models rather than competing on hardware piece-pricing.
- Market Expansion:
Leverage a robust personal rolodex to scale our footprint across recent high-value institutional accounts, targeting an established presence in 50+ major colleges or universities.
- Pan-India Mobility:
Strategically own the national sales territory. This role demands a high-energy "traveloholic" who thrives on in-person relationship management and on-site consultative selling.
- Analytical Leadership:
Utilize data-driven pipelines to map territories, forecast complex deal timelines, track sales velocity, and continuously refine our market value proposition.
