About the Role
AI Fabrik is seeking an experienced IT Lead to build and scale our IT function from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has previously established IT operations from scratch—selecting and implementing core technology platforms, designing identity and access management processes, developing security and support policies, and creating the operational playbook that enables a high-growth organization to succeed. This hybrid role begins as a hands-on individual contributor position with significant ownership and autonomy, with the chance to grow into leading and developing a small IT team as the company scales. You will be responsible for supporting a modern technology environment spanning corporate IT, cloud infrastructure, and specialized AI infrastructure, ensuring employees have secure, reliable, and efficient access to the tools they need to do their best work.
