Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for end to end management of Industrial/Process Automation projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines, cost targets, scope, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution

Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting,



and execution.

Define project scope, deliverables, and resources as per contract requirements.

Ensure adherence to project management principles, ensuring cost optimization and productivity.

Technical Engineering Coordination

Oversee design, engineering, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and handover activities.

Collaborate with cross functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Service).

Validate technical specifications related to PLC, SCADA, DCS, drives, instrumentation, and control systems.

Commercial Cost Management

Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget.

Manage billing, documentation, change requests, and contract compliance.

Optimize resources to improve project margins.

Stakeholder Customer Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure customer satisfaction.
