Role Description
The Foundation Faculty role is a full-time remote position responsible for teaching foundational mathematics and science concepts to school-age learners preparing for Olympiads and competitive exams.



Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering live interactive classes, creating structured lesson plans and assignments, and using online tools to track student performance and engagement. The faculty member will provide personalized guidance in small batches, offer regular feedback, and adjust teaching strategies based on individual learning needs. Additional responsibilities include designing practice tests, contributing to curriculum development, collaborating with other faculty on best practices, and supporting students’ holistic development in areas such as problem-solving, confidence, and resilience. Faculty are expected to uphold high academic standards while fostering an encouraging, inclusive, and value-driven learning setting.

Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in foundational mathematics and/or science, with the ability to teach concepts relevant to Olympiads and competitive exams.
