ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands through paid advertising. The ideal candidate should understand the full marketing funnel from creatives to conversion optimization and be comfortable managing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Tiktok and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI, ROAS, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and execute Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, Co
