Role Overview
Infinity Integrations is seeking a Quality Professional with practical knowledge of aerospace quality systems and First Article Inspection processes. The individual will support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain documentation in accordance with AS9100D Quality Management System requirements.
- Prepare, review and control quality procedures, formats,
records and work instructions.
- Support aerospace First Article Inspection processes and documentation, including AS9102 requirements.
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections.
- Maintain inspection reports, traceability records and product-quality documentation.
- Manage non-conformances, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal audits, external audits and management-review activities.
- Monitor calibration status of inspection and measuring equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on quality-related issues.
- Promote compliance, process discipline and continual improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant quality experience, preferably in the defence aerospace industry.
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100D.
