Job Description
- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from inquiry to shipment.
- Monitor sample approvals, lab dips, fit comments, and pre-production activities.
- Develop and maintain the Time and Action (T&A;) calendar to ensure timely execution.
- Track production progress and proactively resolve issues affecting quality or delivery.
- Review purchase orders, consumption, BOMs, and production requirements.
- Prepare merchandising reports, shipment status updates, and management presentations.
- Mentor junior merchandisers and support team development
- Must be able to communicate with buyers directly
