Role Description
The Videographer role at The Otieno Media is a part-time, hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, capturing high-quality footage on location or in controlled environments,



and collaborating with designers and marketers to align visuals with campaign objectives. The role also involves organizing raw footage, maintaining video equipment, and ensuring that all video content meets brand guidelines and project deadlines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning shoots and managing the end-to-end production process.
- Candidates should possess Camera Operation and Camera handling skills to capture stable, high-quality footage.
- Candidates should possess Shooting Video and Lighting skills to produce visually consistent and engaging content.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic audio editing skills.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
