QA Engineer - 4+ Years Bengaluru

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in data validation, ETL/ELT testing, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience ensuring data quality across complex data pipelines while working with modern cloud and automation technologies.

Responsibilities –

1. Perform data validation and quality assurance across ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and automated testing frameworks.
2. Validate data integrity, schema evolution, and CDC processes to ensure accurate and reliable data movement.
3. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python or similar technologies.
4. Collaborate with data engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues.
5. Ensure robust testing practices across cloud-based data platforms while supporting continuous delivery initiatives.

Requirements –

1.



Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data validation, and ETL/ELT testing.
2. Experience with test automation using Python or similar programming languages.
3. Good understanding of data quality concepts, CDC patterns, schema evolution, and data integrity principles.
4. Exposure to AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, DMS, or similar cloud technologies is preferred.
5. Experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, or financial data systems will be an added advantage.
