About the Role
The Associate General Manager – Business will serve as a key business leader for the Mumbai region, with end-to-end ownership of the regional P&L; and overall business performance. This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, improving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional P&L;, driving profitable growth while ensuring healthy margins through effective revenue management and cost optimization.
- Develop and execute regional business and sales strategies to accelerate market share growth and strengthen HomeLane's presence in Mumbai.
- Drive sales excellence by improving lead conversion, sales productivity, and overall business performance across the region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Ensure seamless execution across the end-to-end customer journey, from design consultation to project completion, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Identify operational bottlenecks across the design-to-delivery lifecycle and implement scalable process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
- Monitor key business metrics and leverage data-driven insights to improve revenue, profitability, operational performance, and customer experience.
- Partner closely with central Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to localize business initiatives and provide market insights that influence broader business strategy.
