Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function across multiple real estate projects and business entities. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in financial planning, project finance, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
The Finance Manager will partner with senior leadership to ensure financial stability, optimize project profitability, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth through informed financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting
· Prepare annual budgets and project-wise financial plans.
· Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Monitor budget utilization and recommend corrective actions.
· Conduct project profitability and feasibility analysis.
Cash Flow & Fund Management
· Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
· Ensure optimum working capital management.
· Monitor project-wise fund utilization.
· Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project funding and loan management.
Project Financial Control
· Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
· Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
· Review project profitability, IRR, ROI, and investment performance.
· Support land acquisition and project feasibility analysis.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
· Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books
