What you will do

In this vital role you will as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Senior Manager will support the HR set up of India Amgen Technology and Innovation Center and serve as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR practices and objectives to support the achievement of Amgens goals. This role involves providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to senior leadership, managing complex HR projects, and driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance and staff engagement. The HRBP Senior Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the HR strategy and fostering a high-performance culture.

Strategic HR Partnership:
Partner with senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including talent management, organizational development, organization design, workforce planning and staff relations. Align HR initiatives with business strategies to drive performance and growth.

Talent Management and Development:




Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development coaching. Identify and address talent gaps and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Support career development initiatives and create opportunities for staff growth.

Staff Engagement and Culture:
Drive staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Drive staff surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans to improve staff satisfaction and retention. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.

HR Operations and Compliance:
Collaborate with HR operations to ensure effective and compliant HR processes. Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations and Amgens policies and procedures. Be point of contact for staff relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary ac
