The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable IT training programs.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and working professionals.
- Counsel candidates regarding IT career opportunities and suitable training programs.
- Understand students educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain course details, certifications, career benefits, and available offers.
- Generate admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM records.
- Resolve candidate queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily call reports and counselling activity records.
