Role Description
The Senior Billing Specialist is an on-site role based in ELLORA. will support end-to-end billing operations, including preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring client billing schedules,



and ensuring accurate documentation of project-related charges. Daily tasks include coordinating with project, accounts, and client-facing teams to clarify billing requirements, reconciling billing data with project records, and assisting in resolving billing discrepancies. The role also involves maintaining organized records, updating billing trackers, and supporting timely submission of bills to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Billing Process and Client Billing to manage end-to-end billing activities efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Invoicing and Accounting skills to ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
